  1. the ability to feel pain
  2. knowing when to take a rest
  3. my determination to give up non-essential things
  4. knowing Jesus as my Savior
  5. the privilege to pray to God
  6. teardrops that enhance my view of His Kingdom
  7. growing patience for slowing down
  8. memories of numerous blessings I have received so far
  9. teaching myself ophthalmology, orthopedics, and endocrinology, empirically and with books for 'lay people' 😊
  10. friends who are willing to listen to me and pray for me

Ten Things of Thankful

  1. That is one beautifully eclectic list however, I must jump to #9. Wow. Just wow. No matter with books for "lay people"... go Romi!

  2. Praying for you is something I can certainly do.

  3. While it is good that our bodies recognize pain, I hope that you aren't in pain too often. I agree with Lisa.

  4. In my humble opinion, the ability to feel pain, whether it is emotional, physical, or spiritual pain can bring one closer to understanding the life of the Savior and our what He did for us and still does for us.
#2 and #7 We may be walking on the same path. I too am working on #3.
I am impressed with #9, but I totally can relate to wanting to understand anything that has to do with medical conditions I might have and/or those I love, if for no other reason than to know what things to observe and/or ask the the doctor about for clarification.
I will keep you in my prayers also.

Thank you for your visit.
