I'm trying to walk at least 13,000 steps a day. It usually takes about 2 hours. I enjoy walking both in familiar places and in unfamiliar places in my city.

I left home at 5:15 and came back at 6:25, in time for breakfast. I've walked 7,652 steps. I'm going out before lunch and walk more than 5,348 steps.
